Problem
After defining the value-for-money framework, the team needed a clear way to communicate progress and performance to non-technical audiences.

I supported design and implementation of a KPI-driven dashboard that aligned metrics with the agency’s evaluation model.

The dashboard improved transparency and made framework outputs easier to interpret across internal and external stakeholders.
